We don’t authenticate or certify originality, and some games may be reproductions. Our mission isn’t grading, sealing, or framing — it’s playability. If it boots up and lets you relive the fun, it’s doing its job.

Every SillyJoystick game goes through a lovingly over-the-top handling process:

  • Each game is tested, admired briefly, and respectfully acknowledged for its years of loyal service.
  • The cartridge is gently cleaned and placed on a soft, metaphorical pillow (the good kind).
  • It is then carefully packaged like it’s heading to its forever gaming home — because it is.
  • We whisper, “Enjoy the game,” and send it on its way across the world.
  • If anything goes wrong along the journey, just contact us within 60 days and we’ll send a replacement — no drama, no boss fight required.

Think of purchases like saving your game — once it’s locked in, there’s no rewind. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges, and all sales are final. If your game has a real issue though, contact us within 60 days and we’ll help resolve it, which may include a replacement.

Shipping is always free. One game or ten, same deal. We hate surprise costs as much as you do, so the price you see already includes shipping.

Once you place an order, your game is tested, carefully packed, and prepared for shipment. After that, it’s off on its journey to a new gaming home. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks.

Tracking information is provided when available. Some international shipments like to play hide-and-seek with updates, but rest assured — your game is moving.

No stress. If your game isn’t working as expected, contact us within 60 days of purchase and we’ll take care of it with a replacement.

Return requirements depend on the situation. If a return is needed, our support team will let you know exactly what to do. Each case is handled individually to keep things fair.

Retro games were released in different regions such as NTSC and PAL, and those versions don’t always look the same. Cartridge shells and artwork can vary by region and production run. While appearances may differ, every game is tested and ready to play.
